Not only was the room bright, clean, and spacious, but the staff also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even surprising me with a room upgrade. The convenience of having a kettle in the room, along with sachets of white coffee and cups and saucers, made me feel right at home- a rare find during my travels in Southeast Asia. The complimentary toiletries, two bottles of water provided daily, and pleasant green tea were thoughtful touches that added to the exceptional experience. The efficient air conditioning and fan, as well as the flat-screen TV with a variety of channels, ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's prime location near the beach and various dining options made exploring the area a delightful experience.
